Tax Policy
All items are shipped via UPS Ground within 3 business days. You should receive your items within 4 to 14 business days after your item ships. Outlet offers a 45 day return policy. If you wish to return your online purchase, please email us at: Our customer service department will respond to your requests within 1 business day and provide detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise. Please allow 3 to 5 business days after we receive the package to process your return. An email confirmation will be sent to you once the return has been fully processed. It can then take an additional 1 to 2 business days for your refund or replacement to be submitted. For the return of all unopened or non-defective items, the refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Opened software, media, games, and books may only be returned for an exchange for the same product.
